We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with these Terms.
3. Local Data & Account Safety
Many of our applications are designed as local-first tools, meaning your data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your own device and data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or lack of backups.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our applications, including but not limited to the design, graphics, source code, logos, and layouts, are owned by ZPrime Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our apps.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZPrime Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the apps.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
